At least 3 years of real experience.

We look for assistants who have worked in professional environments and know how to operate without hand-holding. You should be able to take a brief and run with it. Executive assistant, operations coordinator, creative professional, or equivalent. Titles matter less than track record.

A genuine specialty.

We match you to clients based on what you are actually best at. Admin, lifestyle, creative, social, events, or project management. The deeper your expertise in one or two areas, the better the matches we can make for you. Generalists are welcome. Specialists thrive here.

Strong communication, always.

You will be working with founders and executives who move fast and have high expectations. Clear, concise communication is non-negotiable. You set expectations early, flag issues quickly, and never leave a client wondering what is happening.

Comfortable with AI tools.

Every Tiempo assistant is trained on the AI tools that are changing how work gets done. You do not need to be an expert before you start. But you need to be curious, open to learning, and willing to build new habits. The assistants who grow fastest here lean into the tools.

Ownership over everything.
