Do you embed our Chief of Staff in person at the office?
Yes. Our Dubai Chief of Staff hires work on-site at DIFC, ADGM (Abu Dhabi neighbour), Downtown, Business Bay, or wherever the leadership team operates from. In-person on the cadence days, integrated by Slack and Notion the rest of the week. Hybrid by default.
What size of company is right for a fractional Chief of Staff?
